I went to watch Babel; I left the cinema before the end: it is one of those movies you have the feeling you have already seen: in this case already twice with this over-rated filmmaker´s previous two movies...damned! I should have gone to see some Berlinale movies!
Take care you all and boycott the film, please, it is so obvious in its try to be indipendent and against the violence and the distorsions of this world; but in the end such a movie takes advantage of all these sad and tragic stories...it is the only way Hollywood can deal with serious topics...finding everyday tragedies and putting them on the stage, with cool colours and cool "montage", just for a couple of hours; after that we should all feel better, no? And the director should be labelled as an "indipendent" regisseur! Please!
